Our Culture.
“Professional, diligent & friendly.”
For us it’s about making a positive impact on our clients. We want our clients to know they have an expert fighting their corner.
Honesty and integrity are paramount and we always provide our support and investigative services with these at the forefront of our minds.
Our vision.
“Bespoke support for UK businesses.”
We want to support our clients to facilitate the employment of skilled migrant workers, and reduce the risk of illegal working, to achieve ethical sustainability.
We want to provide an informative and investigative service to ensure accountability, balance and justice in relation to UK immigration civil penalties and immigration enforcement action.
How we deliver.
“Knowledge is power.”
We support our clients with their responsibilities under the numerous UK Immigration Acts and facilitate confidence with regards to the powers which can be exercised in relation to their business. Through meticulous investigation, years of experience and passion for our work, we strive to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
What is a ‘Paralegal’?
A Paralegal is a person qualified through education and training to perform substantive legal work that requires knowledge of the law and procedures but who is not a qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive.
Paralegals can offer legal services directly to their own clients.
Many industries need and benefit from paralegals who have a broad knowledge of law and procedure together with an expertise applicable to their particular sector.
Before April 2013 legal funding was available to bring a case to court or defend an action against you. This has now been eradicated for all but a few cases. Paralegals are filling the gap left by the eradication of Legal Aid.
Why choose an Immigration Compliance Paralegal over a Solicitor?
As a paralegal firm we are able to provide our knowledge and expertise at a fraction of the cost of a reputable law firm without any compromise on professionalism or quality.
We are a genuine and friendly team with your businesses best interests at heart. We are not intimidating and do not use legal jargon which can sometimes be difficult to understand.
What are we permitted to do?
We can support civil penalty cases from start to completion, in some cases (at the discretion of the court) we can make representations if you choose to appeal your civil penalty at the County Court.
We can support your sponsor licence application and ensure ongoing compliance with your sponsor duties. We can embed ourselves within your HR team to realise opportunities to identify and employ skilled migrant workers and manage the relevant HR systems.
“Since 2017 we have helped UK businesses save over £3 million in civil penalty fines.”
